Very happy with the cube artwork. I even had a request to add a bit of the cat’s ear that was cut off in the picture I provided and they were able to do so with no issue. It looks great. The image is clear and 3 dimensional. My son really loved it and the image made him teary eyed.
My only concern is that the light up base seems slippery and does not create a good foundation for the cube.

A very beautiful 3D Engraved for a 10th Year Anniversary gift

This is the first time our team has gifted a coworker a cube crystal. We wanted something more special than what is normally given for a 10-year anniversary.
The crystal is very clear, with no bubbles, and is solid and heavy. I love it so much that I joked about not giving it to our coworker. The LED base makes the crystal even nicer during the day and at night.
The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect five stars is the packaging. Even though the cube was double-boxed, it would have been safer if it had been surrounded by foam. Another improvement would be for the base to have a small divot to keep the cube from moving.
Overall, this is a great gift.

Bigger than I pictured

Even though I pulled out a ruler to see how big 4” is, I definitely could have gone down at least one size. Since this was a gift, I hope I didn’t present a problem of finding a place to put it. That’s on me. But the product itself is very nice!

Can I see the portrait before it is engraved?

Yes. Every order includes a portrait proof by email. We begin engraving after you confirm it looks right.

What changes when I add the LED light base?

It shines upward through the crystal, making the portrait’s depth and outline more vivid. Choose it for a brighter, illuminated display.

Which size suits my photo?

Choose based on the number of people or pets and where you plan to display it. A larger crystal gives group portraits more room for every face and outline.

Can I order and send my photo afterward?

Yes. Upload it while ordering or email it afterward. Either way, you’ll see the portrait proof before engraving.

Exchanges and returns

Each crystal is custom-made from your photo and text. Once production starts, change-of-mind cancellations, returns and exchanges are limited. (Korean E-Commerce Act Art. 17(2)(6) and Enforcement Decree Art. 21)
You can cancel your order before production starts.
If your crystal arrives damaged, is defective, or doesn't match your order, tell us within 3 months of delivery or within 30 days of noticing the issue, and we'll remake, exchange or refund it free of charge, including shipping.
Orders ship within 2–3 business days, depending on photo review and proof approval. Free shipping on orders of ₩40,000 or more.
